These pads provide additional padding for knee & shin kicks to the nerve clusters above the knee. Ideal for taller athletes as it also fills the gap between the top of the shin pads and the bottom of the combat shorts.
 
Sizing: The nerve comes in two sizes. With velcro fasteners and adjustable straps the Small/Medium/Large will fit most.  The XLarge is for larger knee & shin circumferences.
